Indigestion Remedy

Parsley

A very effective and refreshing indigestion remedy is parsley. Eat about 1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley, or a few sprigs of fresh parsley and chase it down with a glass of water.

Celery

Some swear that eating a stick of celery at the first signs of indigestion works like a charm.

Potato

Some people claim that the quickest indigestion remedy is raw potato. When hit with indigestion, take a raw potoato and eat a small piece about the size of your whole thumb. Chew it up real good and swallow it.

Bone Meal Dolomite

If you suffer from regular, routine bouts of indigestion, try taking 1 bone meal tablet and 1 dolomite tablet two times each day until the condition goes away.

Papaya

Another very quick indigestion remedy, it is noted that Payaya enzyme tablets can relieve indigestion within minutes of taking them. Take as directed on the label.

Grapefruit

Scrape the outer skin off of a grapefruit with a grater, all the way down to the white stuff. Take these grated bits and spread them out on a paper towel so they can dry. After they dry out completely, store them in a small sealed bottle.

Every time your stomach begins to act up, take about 1/2 teaspoon of this indigestion remedy, put it in your mouth and suck on it a little bit, then slowly chew it completely.
