Natural Herbal Bladder Infection Remedy

Bladder Infection Remedy

Cranberry Juice

This bladder infection remedy may seem too simple, but it does work. Cranberry juice helps prevent bacteria from sticking to the bladder walls.

You must drink real cranberry juice, not the processed cocktails. If you have trouble finding real cranberry juice, get the concentrate and mix it with water.

Drink plenty of cranberry juice at the very first sign of an infection, at least 16 ounces a day.

Cucumber Juice

Drink the juice of cucumbers to help treat bladder infections.

Bearberry

Sometimes referred to as the most effective bladder infection remedy, the dried leaves of bearberry are often used to make a diuretic tea. Take ten grams per day (about 1/2 ounce).

Natural Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix two teaspoons of natural apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Take this six times a day.

Birch Leaf

Another very good bladder infection remedy is birch leaf. Take two to three grams of birch leaf tincture (about a teaspoon) several times a day
