Wild Cherry

The upper respiratory tract can be soothed and calmed by drinking tea from the bark of the wild Cherry point. This natural allergy treatment is great for the throat and nasal passages, especially when coughing is the main symptom.

You can get the bark in dried powder form. Use one tablespoon of herb per cup of water and steep it for 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea a day for two months.

Horseradish

One bite of fresh horseradish or a spoonful of prepared horseradish can quickly clear the sinuses.

Stinging Nettle

Stinking medal is the best natural allergy treatment for hay fever because it works like a natural antihistamine, and unlike pharmaceutical antihistamines, it has no side effects. Take 500 mg of freeze dried leaf three times a day in capsule form.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a powerful natural antihistamine with no side effects. Take 1000 mg of vitamin C three times a day.

Also, you can eat plants that are high in vitamin C which include Chinese bitter melon, pokeweed shoots, guava, watercress, cayenne pepper, and bell peppers.

Quercetin

Quercetin is known for reducing inflammation, therefore it is used regularly as a natural allergy treatment for hay fever. Take 200 to 500 mg in capsule form three times a day.

Ginkgo

Kinko contains several substances that interfere with the chemicals in the body that trigger allergies. Take 60 to 240 mg of standardized extract a day.

Eyebright

This herb relievers running nose, sneezing and itchy, watery eyes by normalizing blood flow to the nose and eyes. Take 20 to 25 drops of tincture three times a day.

Garlic And Onion

Both garlic and onions contain high concentrations of quercetin which reduces inflammationand make the combo a great natural allergy treatment. Add a significant amount of both of these foods to your diet.
